My name is George Watkinson and I absolutely love all things fieldsports. I was brought up on my family farm in Norfolk, where I learnt fieldcraft from an early age.
 
After graduating from Durham University, I spent six years working in London as a management consultant before deciding to return to a life more closely connected to the countryside. I packed up my flat and moved to the Outer Hebrides in Scotland to become a professional deer stalker and fishing ghillie.
