10-2-4 Ranch is located near Commerce, TX, in Hunt County, just 60 miles northeast of Dallas. Owners Larry and Colette Young are enthusiastic hunters who enjoy leading others to harvest the game of their dreams. The Youngs designed 10-2-4 Ranch to be a productive yet beautiful game ranch. Larry says, "The next best thing to harvesting game is watching someone else have the hunt they've always wanted. It's rewarding to me to be a part of another hunter's success."

Whitetail Hunts

Management hunts up to 124 inches $3,500

Trophy Hunts

125 - 149 in.$5,000

150 - 164 in.$7,000

165 - 179 in.$9,000

180 - 194 in.$11,500

Deer Hunts

Sika $4,500+

Fallow $4,500+

All whitetail hunts are up to three days and two nights and include lodging, food, beverages, guide, transportation on the ranch and prep of trophy for transport. A 10% guide tip will be added. Whitetail scoring is SCI gross measurement. Day hunts are available.

Terms & Conditions

50% deposit within five business days of reservation • 14-day cancellation policy – if for any reason a hunt is cancelled or fewer hunters attend the hunt than originally reserved prior to the 14 days ahead of the hunt, the deposit will remain in effect and final balance will be adjusted accordingly. If a hunt is cancelled or fewer hunters attend than originally reserved within the 14 days of a hunt, the deposit will be lost and the final payment shall remain as originally agreed upon.
