Lake St. Clair is a lake that has a long standing tradition of exceptional layout shooting. Here at Flatsman Charters we have what it takes to bring that tradition alive for you and to show you the hunt of a lifetime. We work hard for you to produce limits of divers day in and day out. Typical species that fill our bag limits include Canvasbacks, Bluebills, Redheads, Oldsquaw (Longtail), Scoters, Goldeneye, and Bufflehead to name a few. Come hunt with Flatsman Charters and you will see that we use high quality equipment to give you a memorable and safe layout hunt. Your safety is our highest concern and you will see that Flatsman Charters is without a doubt the safest group of layout shooters on Lake St. Clair. We use a 20' Lund Alaskan powered by a 115 hp outboard for our tender boat and a 32' Wellcraft Coastal for our mother boat.
