Terms & Conditions

A 50% non-refundable deposit per hunter represents a reservation of space that is unavailable to other hunters. A $1000 deposit per hunter is due for future bookings beyond one year. No refunds are allowed AFTER you have successfully drawn for a license/tag. There shall be no refund or prorating due to inclement weather nor if for any other reason beyond the control of HUNTFLUENT GUIDE SERVICE, or if the hunter shall be denied hunting opportunity due to unsafe reasons before or during the hunt. If a sportsman is unwilling the abide by all terms of this agreement and rules, then at sole discretion of HUNTFLUENT GUIDE SERVICE, the hunter shall be asked to leave and the hunt cancelled with no refund. HUNTFLUENT GUIDE SERVICE is not responsible for changes in license fees, hunt dates, or any other changes made by the Oregon Fish and Game Department while you are participating in your hunt. ALL PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS.
