We offer comfortable pit and field hunts for spring snow geese in south central Nebraska and northern Kansas.
A good time! An average day consists of 20+ birds with exceptional days of days 60+ birds. We recommend a three day hunt to to meet this average. One day can be slow the next average and another hot. We are hunting a migratory bird and although our years of hunting these areas puts us under well known migration and travel routes we cannot control animals, weather, jump shooters etc.

Shotguns with plugs removed. Chokes patterned for shots ranging from 30 to 60 yards.

You will stay at one of our two lodges. The Duncan lodge has 12 beds (sleeps up to 20) with three bathrooms. Two of the three have a seperate shower oposite of a toilet sink room to keep clients moving with privacy. Or a rual farmsted ranch house with 8 beds and three baths. We also work with some local inn keepers in the area for smaller groups.
Must be able to walk 200 to 300 yards through decoys and descend/ascend a vertical wall ladder in and out of pit. Layouts hunts require being physically able to get up and down from a laying position.
Nebraska licensee cost is $144.00 season or $111.00 for a two day, plus federal duck stamp.
