1-4 person River,Inlet, Coastal Atlantic Ocean Sport Fishing charters Up to 6 hrs. fishing the tide. You can fish less if need be. ALL 6 hrs trips are for 12 and above. No small Children on all day trips. (ask about 2 hr. trips for small children)

Capt Dave's Sportfishing Charter Policies:

Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, for '1/2 up front', charter deposits and balance of charter. Add 3.5% for all credit card transactions.

All balance payments can be made with a credit card, or cash.

***FISH CLEANING, bagging (after charter day is over) Gratuity basis.

***NO coolers are to be brought on boat. (hard or soft) I HAVE ICE & COOLERS

***Please bring all drinks and snacks in a plastic bag.

***Do not bring any glass on the boat.

***Do not bring unnecessary items on boat. Such as luggage, back packs, etc.

***Do not bring 'controlled substances' on boat.

***Do not bring hard liquor, or cases of beer, on boat.

***BE AWARE storage space is very limited on any fishing boat.

COME PREPARED FOR THE OUTDOORS. Wear appropriate attire, for the season . Examples: Rain suit, jackets, soft soled shoes.

*I must know if anyone has "special needs" at time of booking. *Lost or damaged tackle (rods & reels) will be charged at my replacement cost. *Please treat my fishing tackle, as if it were your own.

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PUBLISHED NOTICE.

RESERVATIONS REQUIRE: 1/2 up front as deposit, (days, weeks, months in advance)

CANCELLATIONS: Must be 10 days prior to charter, to receive a full deposit refunded, less 10%, for fees. Or charters can be rolled into a future charter date, within 30 days. Cancellations within 10 days of charter date, you have forfeited your deposit.

Capt Dave's Sport Fishing, will not be held responsible for loss of fishing time due to weather, fishing patterns, transportation or other incidents from conditions beyond his control.

Reschedules due to inclement weather are per Capt. Dave's decision. NO charters will be cancelled or rescheduled because of weather, until the morning of. So, unless notified by Capt Dave, via telephone call. Be prepared to stay with plans and show up at the boat ramp, 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME.

I'll be touching base via a phone call the day before, between 4-6pm after checking the weather via the NWS marine forecast. At that time, I'll let you know where to park at the boat ramp and what dock I'll be at, with the boat in the water, ready to go.
