Terms & Conditions

Payment Information

• Hunt Packages are non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days before the hunt
• Deposit of $1000 required to reserve a hunt
• Packages booked within 14 days of the hunt must be paid fully at the time of booking Cash and checks preferred, credit cards accepted with a 3% fee
• Additional lodging nights may be available at $150/night -Add on hunts such as Rams are available

Cancellation Policy

• No rain checks unless schedule permits
• Cancelled hunts less than 30 days before a hunt are not refunded, but a replacement may be found

Gratuities

• Customary, but not required
• Guides: 10-15% of the hunt price
• Cook: Discretion of the hunter

Goldtown Lodge- luxury lodge with all meals included

Accessibility

Goldtown Lodge has one ADA accessible bedroom. Two of our elevated shooting houses have wheelchair ramps.
