



We are located just outside of Casper WY and are centrally located within our hunt areas. We offer premier guided services for Archery and Rifle hunts for Elk, Bighorn Sheep, Mule Deer, Whitetail Deer, Antelope and Turkey. We run lodge based day hunts from our headquarters.
Depending on the species and package you choose, our hunts can include hiking, sitting water holes, spot and stalk, and operating out of 4x4 vehicles and lots of glassing. No horses, stock, or pack in camps.
Meat care: Our guides will field dress the animal and follow proper meat care, get it on ice as soon as possible and transport the meat back to the lodge. We have meat processors that we can recommend in Casper. Your guide or another Lone Tree Outfitters staff member will transport you and your animal to the processor. It is the hunters responsibility to pay for the meat processing. IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE HUNT!

Here is the list of items you are definitely going to need: -ALL HUNTERS NEED TO BRING PROOF OF HUNTER SAFTEY (born on or after January 1, 1966) -Base Layers -Camo clothing of your choice jackets, hoodies, heavy coats, pants -Socks, and extra pair to include in your pack. We recommend merino wool -Hats, gloves, neck gaiter -Waterproof boots -Leather boots -Medications -Boot gaiters -Binoculars and spotting scope if you have one with a tripod -Rain gear -Day/Hunting Pack-internal or external frame with load hauling capabilities -Chapstick, sunscreen -Ammo or arrows -One article of fluorescent orange (per the WGFD), hat is acceptable -Sunglasses -Knife -Coolers to transport meat home -Firearm/Bow -All necessary toiletries and personal items -Headlamp -Heat packs/hand warmers Archery Hunters -Face paint/mask -Release -Old bulky socks/stalking boots -Range finder
Practice makes perfect. We encourage everyone to practice before hand and build their confidence to maximize their opportunity out west. Archery Hunts: Spot and stalk hunts are a bit more physically demanding. While sitting a water hole in a blind is not so taxing, physically. When it comes to shot distance, spot and stalk can vary from 0-60 yards and blind hunting can vary from 0-40 yards. Please bring all necessary archery equipment, arrows, release, stabilizer, broad heads, etc.
Rifle hunts: These hunts will be conducted via 4x4 vehicle and hiking will be involved. Please bring your rifle, plenty of ammunition, and all other equipment.

To reserve your hunt, we require a 50% deposit due at booking for each species. The deposit can be made via personal check, all major credit cards, or cash. We are not responsible for payments sent via mail.
In the event you fail to draw the license(s) a deposit was made on,
The deposit money will be refunded in full (excluding the credit card processing fee if applicable) within 30 days of Wyoming Game and Fish draw results. No refunds will be given if the client WITHDRAWS their license application.
OR
The 50% deposit can be rolled over to the following year. A written agreement to retain the deposit for the following year must be filled out and returned within 30 days of Wyoming Game and Fish draw results.
In the event the client fails to arrive on the predetermined start date without notice (no call/no show), no deposit refunds will be given.
Upon arrival the remaining 50% balance will be due. Cash, personal check, and all major credit cards are accepted. ALL deposits are eligible to be rolled over to the next year.
In addition to the above deposit refunds, refunds may be granted(excluding the credit card processing fee) in qualifying situations listed below.
In the event of death of the licensee, an authorized person designated by a court shall request a deposit refund within 30 days of the hunt start date and provide a copy of the corresponding death certificate.
In the event of death of the licensee's spouse or immediate family, the licensee may request a deposit refund within 30 days of the hunt start date and provide a copy of the corresponding death certificate.
In the event of incapacitating illness or injury, the licensee may request a deposit refund within 30 days of the hunt start date and provide a copy of a signed physicians statement.
All deposits are transferable upon request. A written agreement for deposit transfer must be completed and returned to Lone Tree Outfitters within 7 days of request.
Lone Tree Outfitters will reach out within 7 days of the Wyoming Game and Fish Draw results to discuss draw results and refund options.

No rate reductions will be given if the client fails to arrive on the predetermined hunt start date, or departs before the conclusion of the scheduled hunt.
Upon departure, no full refunds will be given.
We are not responsible for hunting license refunds, refunds will be issued directly from the Wyoming Game and Fish.
We offer 2 different packages with lodging accommodations of Town and Lodge applicable to Elk, Mule Deer, Whitetail Deer, Antelope, and Turkey. Bighorn Sheep packages include Lodge.
Town packages include lunch, drinks, snacks, and a world class hunting adventure. Lodging, breakfast, and dinner is the hunters responsibility. We have many great recommendations.
Lodge packages includes accommodations in the beautiful modern main lodge. All meals are included in this packages along with all drinks, snacks, and a world class hunting adventure! This package gives our guests a world class experience from sun up to sun down. Make your hunt feel like you're staying at home with all the wonderful amenities the lodge and lodge rooms have to offer.
Spot and stalk hunts are a bit more physically demanding. While sitting a water hole in a blind is not so taxing, physically. The elevation is not be underestimated. We encourage hunters to prepare physically as much as they can and insure they are properly hydrated and eat nutritious meals. We're hunting in the plains to the mountains, from 5000' up to 9500' depending upon species and area.
All Non Resident Big Game licenses must be obtained through the draw system from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department. Except a turkey license, those may be purchased over the counter.
