Consistent, cold water flows hold brooktrout and landlocked salmon all summer long. While prime time is late spring and early summer, salmon hold in the West Branch through July, August and September. The salmon here average 12-16 inches, with some lunkers growing beyond 26 inches. • The entire East Outlet is open to fly fishing through October, after most other rivers and streams have closed. Imagine catching Brook trout with their brightest colors on, and landlocked salmon with a full kype. These are some of the most beautiful fish you will ever net. Prime time is in the spring when insect activity and ideal flows draw fish into the river, or fall, when the waters cool and big breeders drop out of Moosehead Lake to spawn in these waters. Inspect your tipped and tie strong knots, these fish are going to test your gear as well as your ability to play a fish into the net.

Hollister
• Bowfishing all water ways in the southern Missouri area including lakes like Truman and the Branson, Mo area. This is a fun fast growing sport. We have taken people of all ages and backgrounds bowfishing from experts to first timers. Most trips start at sunset but we have some day time trips available throughout the season. Bowfishing trips last approximately 4 hours. Season starts as early as March and will go as late as November all depending on weather.

• Sucker gigging is an old Ozark Mountain tradition that the whole family can enjoy. Using a pole sometimes as long as 20 feet with a metal gig head attached, you will stick sucker fish and carp. Very little skill is required and if you can hold the gig you can fish. This season runs from September 15 – February 15 annually.
