• Start your season off with a spring black bear hunt with MacGregor Outfitting Ltd. Our black bear hunts are held in a remote area of the Northern Alberta boreal forest, in the months of may and early June. You will be hunting primarily out of a stand or blind at a established bait site. spot and stalk style hunts are a definite possibility; depending on the opportunity at hand and how your guide sees fit. We have long established baited sites, which bait is replenished regularly. Many big boars frequent the area, with about 25% being color phase bears. we strive to only harvest mature bears and manage our area accordingly. Allowing young boars to grow and mature. We happily accommodate rifle and bow hunters. bringing a rifle/bow you are comfortable and consistent with is key (minimum .270). shot distance when at the bait is between 20-100 yards, depending if you are bow or rifle hunting. spot and stalk range can vary from 10 yards to 300 yards, depending on the opportunity given. This is a Perfect hunt to start off the season, whether it is your first guided hunt or you have done many guided hunts. We can ensure the adrenaline will be flowing when you see the bears coming in. • Join us for one of the most sought after big game animals in north American. Wolves are an elusive and very intelligent species. hunting wolves is not only challenging, but requires patience like no other hunt. these hunts are baited hunts and require you to sit for long periods of time (morning 'til dusk). you will be set up over an active bait site in a heated, comfortable blind for 8-9 hours per day. Dressing warm is a must as temperatures can be cold as -30C (-22F). bringing a rifle you are comfortable and consistent with is key (minimum .243). shots should be expected to be around the 200-300 yard mark.

• We are constantly looking for the toughest of all deer hunts, the California Blacktail Deer. We have just added the 37,500 acre Dye Creek Preserve to our lineup. Dye Creek offers a late G-1 season typically opening in late October and running 9 days through the first weekend in November. We offer three-day hunts that include lodging, food and transportation once at the location.
Our Tule Elk hunts all take place on privately owned ranches and are free ranging hunts. They generally take place in July-September of each year. The landowner vouchers are very limited and hard to come by. These vouchers give you the ability to purchase the tag without going through any kind of draw system for most would take decades to draw! All the hunts include airport pickup, transportation, food, lodging and guide service.
Our ranches represent some of the finest pig hunting in California and boast roughly an 90% success rate. These ranches range in size from 500 acres to over 35,000 acres.

• Join us for an adventurous Nevada Mule Deer hunt. Our 4 or 5-day hunts, take place in Eastern and Northeastern Nevada. We hunt the sage and aspen valleys of the Independence range in Northeast Nevada and the Pinion covered Mountains in Eastern Nevada. Food and lodging, which takes place in rustic cabins or motels, is included as is your transportation once in Nevada.
We offer outstanding opportunities for trophy-sized antelope here in Nevada. Our hunts are conducted on both private and public land. We stay in nice motels with meals and transportation provided.
As seen in the Mossback Video's "Screaming Bulls 2 & 3" and "Bulls Gone Wild", we put on an elk hunt like no other. Our six-day hunt will take you to the high mountaintops of Northern Nevada and the Pinion covered valleys of Eastern Nevada.
